Thank you to everyone who supported my work and life path in 2009 and are with me NOW.
Thank you to those who have been there as soft spots during my many times of transition. And thank you to those who have loved me, without judgment ~ when it wasn't easy.
To all of you who have made commitments and dedications to yoga, to yourselves... Your existence and presence continue to inspire me. For everything you do and expose, I thank you and I love you. May we all enter 2010 with our personal/sacred intentions close to our hearts.
From the teacher of pure love and joy within my heart, I would like to share with you...
This year I am renewing my commitment to life practices that keep me whole, connected, and grounded. I am renewing my belief (particularly during uncertain times) to always assume the best in people and to expect others and myself to succeed, in ALL ways. And gently, daily remind myself of my own humanness during the processes of everything unfolding.
May I reach depths of spirit, serenity, and love that are unknown to me now. And may everything I touch, I do, and I say be a reflection of THAT. May my life, my heart, my work be lived in such a way that people feel the RASA within my presence.
May we all see the signs and symbols that cross our paths. May we be wise, clear and brave enough to see our teachers in both the darkness and the light...they are precious precious teachers. May our fullest potential be known!
