Love is Everything

NOTE TO SELF:

go deep.
go beyond the mind.
the mind clings and fixates.
the heart knows love.
you need to find your own way. and live the truth.
what do you really want and where are you going with it?
check in to your negative qualities. and stop...stop it!
start again.
go for what you want by finding the depth of your pain.
and find a way to let go.
cultivate positive habits.
sit on the spot, close your eyes and just breathe.
go through the boredom.
the anxiety.
the worry.
the frustration.
face your pain and suffering.
get to the root of the problem.
recieve the love flowing to your heart.
what to do?
purify your thoughts, diet and connections with people.
only you know what you need.
find a way to unburden your mind.
eat well.
tune in to the ones who lift you up out of the mundane and inspire you.
clean things out so that you can breath again.
find the breath within your heart.
find the purity of life.
love is beyond the personality.
it is the pure living flame of life.
it will meet you if you really want to meet it.

treasure your life.
don’t waste your life on convenience.
love is everything.

Being a Sensualist

Love squishing mud between your toes and walking barefoot with the thrill of possibly (accidentally) squishing a creepy bug.
Roll down a steep grassy hill and be itchy afterward. Even better - if you get poison ivy, go ahead and scratch it. (If you are highly sensitive to it like I am, you know what I mean!)
Don't just delicately smell a flower, stick your whole face in one.
When you see someone you have massive affection for, throw your arms around them, pull them to your heart and feel their existence. Then, step back for a moment, look directly into their eyes and tell them what you feel for them. Allow yourself to have lots of internal surges of your feelings about the people you’re affectionate about.

Write random stuff.  It doesn’t have to make sense to anyone but you.

Food is a sensory experience which permeates your entire body and your...TASTE IT.  Suck a lemon, savor a spoonful of honey, nosh on some stinky cheese, lick melted chocolate off your finger, devour a very hot pepper.

Tickle and/or get tickled.
Stay up until 2am talking with a good friend until the conversation turns to sleepy delirium and you don't even know what the last thing you said was. Then connect with that person next morning, let them know how much you like talking to them.
Gaze at the moon, the stars, the sky, the clouds as though there is nothing else to stare at...ever.
Wake up.
Step outside.
Breathe deeply.
Smile and explode with ecstasy.

Loving Wind

Like the wind, Love is invisible.
We cannot see it move until it touches something. We don’t know where is originates, where it’s going what it will bring with it and it cannot be controlled.
However, like the wind, we can see the effects of what love does. It is an energy that can lifts the mundane to a deeper level of joy.

Like the wind, love makes us sway. It can be turbulent and relentless. Sometimes its strength knocks us over and rips us apart.
Like the wind, love moves. It’s movement is unseen but felt.
When we take shelter, we feel the potent stillness that pulses...
