Dissolving Discontent

Embrace yourself with kindness and compassion.  You have always done the very best that you've known how to do in each and every moment.  End envy and resentment and jealousy.  Stop trying to attain the acclaim of others ~ what you crave isn't what they are doing or have,  it's what they are feeling.
What you're longing for is your own internal happiness and contentment that comes from being on the right path for yourself.
Let your heart be known.
Put down the masks you've been wearing.
Step into what you've been avoiding.
Let go.
Give more.
Assume less.
Forgive more freely.
Cultivate an even greater appreciation for nature.
Try new things and stick with them even when they seem unnatural or prove to be challenging.
Every day, bow your head to the altar of your heart in gratitude for your life.
Upon waking, instead of that lump in your throat, or feelings of incompletion or separateness, may you wake up with ease and clarity about who you are and where you are in your life.
And with absolute certainty, may you know deep within your soul that it was all so necessary for your success and spiritual evolution.
